Traffic Violation Ticket (Challan)

When a Traffic Violation Ticket (challan) is issued against the violation of any traffic rules, The violator will have to submit the fine in the prescribed bank branches within 10days.

Process

Below mentioned is the process for submitting the violation ticket:

  • 3 copies of traffic violation ticket (challan) are issued against the violation of any traffic rules.
  • At the time of submitting the traffic violation ticket (challan), bank officer seize 2 copies of traffic violation ticket (challan) and returns the remaining copy of traffic violation ticket (challan) to the violator.
  • After submitting the remaining copy of traffic violation ticket (challan) along with the photocopy of CNIC to the related traffic sector, The violator can take the seized documents.
  • If violator is unable to submit the traffic violation ticket (challan) to the related traffic sector within 10 days, seized documents are sent to the court for further proceedings (as mentioned on traffic violation ticket).
  • After paying double fine, violator can take the seized documents from the court.
